Privacy policy
A short, plain-language description of the data we keep and what we do with it.
What we store
- The email address you gave when signing up.
- Your password, as a hash only: we never know the password itself.
- The addresses of the sites you added and their check results.
- Your Telegram chat ID, if you linked the bot.
- Interface language and timezone.
- Your IP address, in server logs and for rate limiting.
Why
So you can sign in, so we can check your sites and send you alerts, and to protect the service from bots and abuse. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Who else is involved
An email delivery service sends verification and password reset emails. Telegram delivers alerts. Yandex SmartCaptcha protects the sign-up form. If Yandex Metrica is enabled on the site, it receives anonymised visit data. Each of them gets only what its job requires.
Cookie
We only use cookies the site cannot work without: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cookie that protects forms against request forgery.
How long we keep it
Account and site data, for as long as the account exists. Server logs, no longer than 30 days.
How to delete your data
Settings has a "Delete account" button. It deletes the account, all sites and check results immediately. You can also unlink Telegram there without deleting the account.
